【課題】 回路部の最適化を図ることができ、汎用性の高い導波路形成装置、ピン構造および高周波回路を提供する。 【解決手段】 第1および第2導電体層6,7と、複数の制御ピン2とで協働して導波路を形成し、各制御ピン2を(Z1)で表記するダウン状態と、(Z2)で表記するアップ状態とにわたって変位させることで、可変高周波回路形成部を自在にかつ簡単に変更する。 【選択図】 図1
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveguide forming apparatus, a pin structure, and a high frequency circuit which can optimize a circuit part and has high versatility. <P>SOLUTION: The waveguide is formed by first and second conductor layers 6 and 7 in cooperation with a plurality of control pins 2, and freely and easily changes a variable high frequency circuit forming part by displacing the waveguide from a down state that the respective pins 2 are transcribed in (Z1) to an upper state that they are transcribed in (Z2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
